Selecta Systems Advance 70 Door System is available in a variety of designs that will suit the needs of specifiers on large and small projects.
The door system is exceptionally practical and has been rigorously tested to withstand the elements. The door leaf can house double glazed units, decorative panels or a combination of both as well as inward and outward options.
The range includes a wider outer frame and a Scotia door sash and a low threshold system for easy access that is fully compliant with Document M is also available. This encompasses the all important requirements relating to wheel chair accessibility in new build installations and can be provided with a standard range of cills.
The Midrail option will accept a fully sleeved letterbox, whilst full depth Euro grooves can house multipoint locking systems. Additionally, perimeter pressure seals will provide a weatherproof connection between the door leaf and the outer frame.
